what is a keto diet?
A ketogenic or keto diet is a diet which limits your daily carbohydrate intake to max 20 grams a day.
This will make your body go into ketosis. Ketosis is a metabolic state where your body uses fat as its energy source instead of carbohydrates. In ketosis you will be less hungry and stay satisfied after your meals.
what is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern. You will limit your meals for a few times a day and eat them in a certain time window.
This is easy to do in ketosis because you are not constantly hungry.

All lectures are prepared to meet the buyer´s needs. Basic lectures will provide information on keto diet and or intermittent fasting.
I can also arrange a workshop. In a workshop we can plan a weekly keto meal plan together with participants. This will work as a good kick start for their keto journey.
