I offer keto diet and intermittent fasting related group lectures.
All lectures are prepared to meet the buyer´s needs. Basic lectures will provide information on keto diet and or intermittent fasting.
Additionally, I provide information and lists about what to eat and what not to eat on a keto plan.
I can also arrange a workshop. In a workshop we can plan a weekly keto meal plan together with participants. This will work as a good kick start for their keto journey.
I follow my teachers Dr.Berg´s principles of the healthy keto diet.
